Pete Garcia was born on October 2, 1962, in Clovis, New Mexico, and passed from this life on June 15, 2025.
Pete had a deep love for nature and found great peace in the outdoors. He especially enjoyed hunting and fishing, and he cherished his time on the lake boating. Whether it was a quiet morning by the water or an afternoon adventure in the woods, Pete was most at home surrounded by nature. In the evenings, he liked to unwind in front of the TV, often watching his favorite military shows and Arms Homestead. One of his fondest memories from his younger years was building model airplanes with his father - a hobby that brought them closer together.
Pete took great pride in his work and spent over 20 years as an engineer with Cox Communications, where he was respected for his dedication, knowledge, and steady presence.
He will be lovingly remembered by his sister, Beatrice Signaigo; his uncle, Jerry; many cousins; and dear friends Peggy, Derek, Shane, Chelsey, Rick, Lori, Tanya, and Trudy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Pedro Garcia and Georgia Lee; his sister, Debbie; and his brother, David Garcia.
Pete will be missed deeply by those who knew and loved him.
