Peter Lee Bello was born June 7, 1954 in California to parents Arthur and Ann Hart Bello. He passed away of natural causes on June 2, 2025 in Rossville, Georgia. He spent many years calling Navarre, Florida home, and he was a member of the Fort Walton Yacht Club and attended Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church.
Peter had many events in his life that he was proud of. Marriage to his wife, Mary, and the birth of his son, Joseph, are at the top of his list. Followed by running a successful insurance business, Peter Bello Insurance Agency, and graduating from Dean College with a major in Opera.
He enjoyed time with his family, and they share many memories of times together skiing, sailing, and camping. Taking his wife out on date night and singing were some highlights. Peter was proud of Joseph’s accomplishments and loved his grandchildren.
Peter is survived by son Joseph Bello and daughter-in-law Caroline Bello and grandchildren Samuel and Naomi Bello. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Bello, father Arthur Bello, mother Ann Bello, and brothers Jonathan and Andrew Bello.
A man who took pride in providing for and having fun with his family, Peter will long be remembered. He was charming, and his laughter will echo in the hearts and memory of his loved ones for many years to come.
He was laid to rest at Glendale Nature Preserve.
