Peter J. "Pete" Carlson, 39, of Star Junction, passed away Saturday October 5, 2024 at his residence. Peter was born June 26, 1985 in Mt. Pleasant to Dean B. Carlson and Lorraine M. Annonio McCullough (Andrew).
Pete was a graduate of Belle Vernon High School class of 2004. He worked as a truck driver and also was a tattoo artist. Pete enjoyed working on cars, woodworking, and was a jack of all trades.
In addition to his parents, Pete is surived by his fiancée, Crystal Baciak; son, Daemon E. Carlson; and step-sons, Eoin Hopkins, and Colton Baciak. He is also survived by his sister, Tabatha Wieland (Dennis); nephew, Joshuah Wieland; nieces, Isabella and Avery Wieland; and by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Galone-Caruso Funeral Home Inc., 204 Eagle St. Mt. Pleasant. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Patti Smith, officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral costs.
