It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Peter Andrew Criscuolo on November 19, 2025.
Peter will be remembered for his strength, kindness, humor, and generosity. He had a deep love for family, tennis, photography, rafting, adventure, and nature. He was especially devoted to capturing the beauty of birds through his camera lens. Peter treasured the many adventures and photographic journeys he shared with his close friends, Henry and Jeanne Papparazzo, which brought him great joy and inspiration.
Peter was born in the Bronx, New York and was a longtime resident of New Rochelle and Larchmont, New York, the communities where he grew up and later raised his family.
He was a graduate of Iona Preparatory School and Fairfield University, and he attended graduate school at New York University, where he concentrated in film.
Peter lived a life marked by dedication and hard work. He was the CEO of Phoenix Marketing in Armonk, NY, and proudly served as President of the Chamber of Commerce in Pawling, NY, contributing to the local business community and to the town he cared for deeply.
Peter is survived by his devoted wife, Frances (Bruno) Criscuolo, his partner in life for 63 years; his loving daughters, Andrea Maloney, Paula Retelle and husband Bill; and his beloved grandchildren, Annie and Jack. He is also survived by his nieces, Karen Healey (Jim) and Jen Lynch (Bob); his nephews, Peter Gristina (Kathy), Seth Gristina, and Jeremy Gristina (Victoria); extended family Laura Bruno and Linda and Dan Libertino; many great-nieces, great-nephews, and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Helen Criscuolo; his sister, Carol; and his brother-in-law, Joseph.
The family wishes to extend special thanks to Linda, his dedicated aide and a true guardian angel, whose care, compassion, and steady presence brought comfort to Peter throughout his journey.
Peter will live on forever in our hearts and in the memories we share.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather for Peter's Funeral Mass on Friday, December 5th at 11:00 am in St. Bernard's Church at Holy Family Parish, 12 Monument Square, Concord, MA, followed by interment with military honors at St. Bernard's Cemetery. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend.
Arrangements are entrusted to Dee Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Concord.
