Mr. Peter Glenn Gall III

Mr. Peter Glenn Gall, III, age 90, of Louisville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, October 16, 2025. Mr. Gall was born in Chicago, IL on January 23, 1935 to the late Esther Peterson Gall and Peter G. Gall, II. He was a talented artist and served in the United States Air Force.

In addition to his parents, his daughter, Dorothy May Gall; brother, Robert Perry Gall and sister, Alice May Hough preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 73 years, Juliette Dorothea Batina Claudette Kahle Gall; his children, Peter G. Gall, IV (Debi); Bettylou Osborne (Tony) and Gustave "Gus" Gall (Karen); grandchildren, April Gall, Amy Gall, Brooke Gall Hamilton (Brian Storz), Joe Booher (Nicole), Gus Gall, Joshua Booher (Samantha), Virginia "Gigi" Billiter (Tucker), Abigail Gall (John) and Peter Gall, V (Madison); great-grandchildren, Rockwell, Asha, Ava, Lola, Kyleigh, Wyatt, Ethan, Roman, Alice, Jack, Ben, Peter VI, Pearl and Augustus and a host of other dear family and friends.

Peter will be laid to rest in a private graveside service with military honors at Resthaven Memorial Park (5950 Bardstown Rd., Louisville, KY).

The family would like to thank the staff at Baptist Health, Signature Health and the Veterans Administration for their compassionate care.

Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) has been entrusted with arrangements.
