Peter was the loving son of Charles and Eleanor Goss. He was a beloved brother to Charles, Patrick, and Kerry (Mark) Hedlund. He will be deeply missed by his cherished nieces and nephews: Jennifer, Steven, and Scott, as well as his loving great-nieces and great-nephew: Olivia, Jayla, Kaylee, and Logan.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Saint Philip the Apostle Catholic Church (Divine Mercy Parish), 1962 Old Willow Rd, Northfield, IL 60093, from 10:00 a.m. until the beginning of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m.

Chuck and Annie and the rest of the family, I´m sorry for the loss of Peter. I can remember him from our childhood when we´d visit. You are in my thoughts and prayers at this time.

My love and deepest condolences to the Goss family and to everyone whose lives were touched by Peter. I suspect God was well aware of Peter´s innate ability to build and fix things and quickly put Peter to work.
