Peter P. Kaufman

Peter Paul Kaufman, 77, of Elyria, KS, passed away Thursday, October 2, 2025 at his residence. Pete was born in Moundridge, KS on January 14, 1948, the son of Marvin and Edith (Stucky) Kaufman. Pete attended Elyria grade school and graduated from McPherson High School in 1966. He then attended and graduated from Calvary Bible College in 1974 in Christian Education. He served honorably in the United States Army as a Sgt. in the Vietnam War. Pete enjoyed cars, music and spending time with his family and friends. He was united in marriage to Anna M. Campbell on August 17, 1968 in Miller, South Dakota. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Anna Kaufman of Elyria, KS. Pete will be missed by his children, many grandchildren and great grandchildren who loved him dearly. Pete was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, George and Dan Kaufman; his sisters, Marvelyn Gray and Marybeth Anderson. Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the Elyria Christian School Gymnasium, Elyria, KS.
