Peter R. Paolino

Peter R Paolino,88, of Steere Avenue, Johnston, RI passed away on June 6th in the Stillwater Nursing and Rehab Center in Smithfield. He was the husband of Wanita M (Jordan) Paolino. They had been married for 46 years.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Albert and Antonette (Marchetti) Paolino. He had lived in Johnston for 46 years, previously living in Cranston
Peter was a self employed plumber, and proprietor of Peter Paolino Plumbing and Heating and Oil Company.
Peter was an avid gardener and always happy planting his flowers and a huge vegetable garden. He was always building bird houses, fences and stone walls. He was constantly helping our neighbors with plumbing issues. He loved attending fairs and festivals, going out to dinner with friends and playing cards with friends.
He was a member of the Masons
Besides his wife he leaves his daughter, Debra Paolino of Johnston. He was the grandfather of Tayler and Jacob DiPanni of Hope, RI.
He was the brother of Carol Mastrangelo of Cranston, Albert Paolino of Warwick and the late Susan Brown and Thomas Paolino He leaves several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 5pm on Friday June 13th in the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Visitation will be held from 4pm to 7pm on Friday June 13th.
In Lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to favorite charity.
