Peter L. Pickarts

Peter was born on September 22, 1959 to Don and Ruth Pickarts, in Sauk Prairie, Wisconsin. He has now joined them on March 25, 2026. Peter has been living in La Crosse for the past thirty-seven years, this is where he met his wife Renee Cappetto. Renee was the greatest joy in his life, and the love they shared brought two daughters, Tanya and Savannah.

Peter is survived by his wife, children, siblings, Mike (Joyce) Wiley, Kathy (Ray) Maffet, Pat (Lisa) Pickarts, John Pickarts, Mary Jo (Ken) Preuss, David Pickarts, Paulette (Paul) Swartz.

Peter is further survived by many nieces and nephews, aunts, Corrine (Joe) Fisher, Ann Beers, Shirley (Paul) Breunig; uncle, Melvin (Janice) Pickarts; and sister-in-law, Janice of Kansas.

Peter was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Mark; and infant sister, Roxann. The family would like to thank his wife Renee for all the love and care she has given to Pete through the good times and the bad. Love you Renee Cappetto.

There will be a celebration of life for Peter this summer.
