I worked with Peter Roupas when he worked at ARA. Myself and another at the office were rummaging through some old paper files that Peter Roupas generated 25 years ago on how to document craters. Peter was the person that taught me the ins and outs of test fielding and target damage documentation.
On a whim, I looked him up online. The first thing that popped up was his obituary. I did not realize that he had died this last August. I had no idea. It makes me sad, but I am grateful to have known him.
