Philip C. Arrowood of Antigo, died on April 26, 2025 at Wausau Aspirus Hospital. He was 65 years old. He was born on December 20, 1959 in Antigo, a son of Chester and Mary (Bowling) Visek-Arrowood. He married Linda Bushy on May 16, 1981. She preceded him in death on November 29, 2022.
Philip was a graduate of Antigo High School. He was a machinist by trade, working for a number of places during his career.
Philip enjoyed riding his Harley and fishing. He was proud of his homemade cheesecake and was talented at grilling ribs, turkey and steak for his family. Philip loved music, especially Pink Floyd, and cherished his time with his children and grandchildren.
Survivors include two daughters, Jennifer Arrowood and Kimberly (Chad) Fleischman both of Antigo; son, Patrick (Taylor) Arrowood of Appleton; seven grandchildren, Megan (Qwan Bussey) Arrowood, Jordon Arrowood, Kadance Fleischman, Madison Arrowood, Joseph Fleischman, Ryder Fleischman all of Antigo, and Jace Arrowood of Appleton; two great-grandchildren, Bentlee Jo Bussey and Brookslee Bussey both of Antigo; two sisters, Charlene McCone and Mary (Bob) Wissbroecker both of Antigo; and brother, Jim (Lori) McCone of St. Germaine; also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by brothers, Charlie Arrowood, Walt McCone, Patrick McCone, and James Arrowood; and sisters, Ida Anstutz and Edith McCone.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 3, at Kastawayz in Antigo from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Philip, please visit our Tree Store.
