PHILIP KENT BERKHEIMER, age 81 of Parma. Beloved husband of Jackie Berkheimer (nee Gold) for 55 years. Devoted father of Rebecca Berkheimer (Jamie Hunter) and Kent Berkheimer (Darren Mullins); loving grandfather of Therese Schindler; dearest son of the late Harry Leroy and Hazel Berkheimer (nee Colebaugh); dear brother of Karen Mytnick (Larry), Shelby Miller (Dale) and the following deceased: Ronald Berkheimer (Lois, living), Sonia Dezlon (James deceased), Lee John Berkheimer (Karen, deceased) and Thelma Ann Sanders (Rodney, living); loved uncle and dear friend of many. Passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. Phil was a member of Parma Lutheran Church for 46 years and member of the Cleveland Lutheran Veterans. He was a Bus Driver for Parma City Schools. He will be fondly remembered for taking many folks on mystery bus rides for 32 years. Memorials may be forwarded to Parma Lutheran Church, 5280 Broadview Rd., Parma, OH 44134 or Smile Train, Inc. 633 Third Avenue, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10017. Funeral service at Parma Lutheran Church on Monday, October 18, 2021 at 12:00 PM. Cremation by Busch Crematory. Friends may call at the BUSCH FUNERAL HOME, 7501 RIDGE ROAD, PARMA FROM 1:00 PM-3:00 PM AND 6:00 PM-8:00 PM, SUNDAY, OCTOBER 17.
