Philip Blizzard Obituary
Philip was born August 29, 1979, in Memphis, Tennessee, the son of Donna Perkins Blizzard and the late William Randall Blizzard. He was employed in construction repairs and was a free-spirited person. Philip had a huge heart and never met a stranger. He loved his family, his dogs, music and fishing.
Philip is survived by his mother, Donna Blizzard; his sister, Laura Blizzard; his brother, Michael Blizzard (Bridget); two nieces, Lauren Kayla Lemmon and Madison Blizzard; his nephew, Dallas Blizzard; his great-nephew, Liam Godbold; one great-niece soon to arrive; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by two four-legged children, Duke and Dixie.
Funeral Services for Philip will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday, March 4, 2023, at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland. Interment will follow in the Fayette County Memorial Park Cemetery on Highway 64. A visitation for Philip will be from 12 noon until 2 P.M. Saturday, March 4, 2023, at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Brandon Scoggins, John Edwards, Trey Hurst, Daniel Bateman, Cliff Lindsay and Clint Dugard. Honorary pallbearers will include Will James.
