Philip was born on August 27, 1948 and passed away on Monday, July 30, 2018. Philip was a resident of Streator, Illinois at the time of passing. Philip was a graduate of Cornell High School. He served in the U.S. Marines in Vietnam 1968-1972. Visitation will be Friday, August 3, 2018 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home in Pontiac. Memorials may be made to the Cornell VFW.
