Philip Michael Dailey, 84, of Zanesville, died at 8:13 A.M. on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at Genesis Hospital CCU. He was born June 12, 1941, in Zanesville, a son of the late Hazlett and Margaret (Bateson) Dailey. Philip worked in maintenance at Rockwell International, he was a member of the Eagles, a Union Representative and former president of UAW #1037. Philip enjoyed bowling and golfing but above all he was a family man, he loved family get togethers.

He is survived by his wife, Jan (Webb) Dailey; children, Debbie (Myron) Moody, Gary (Keela) Dailey, Larry Dailey, Tasha (Jason) Stallworth, and Halley (Bill) Casey; grandchildren, Shannon, Brooke, Michael, Aliyah, Alexis, Warren, Heather, Jennifer, and Ashley; great grandchildren, Devon, Makailyn, Sage, Issac, Amelia, Arianna, and Alexandra; and sister, Patty (Don) Hylkema

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brothers, David Dailey and Steve Dailey.

Friends and family may call from 11:00 A.M. until time of service starting at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, with Rev. Jay Madigan officiating. Philip will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery, Zanesville.
