I first met Phil (and Tom) in the 2nd grade at Winfield elementary school in Randallstown. I turned 8 that year.
We were friends through the rest of the school years through Johnnycake Junior High, Randallstown, Western Voc Tech and beyond.
We used to go over to his Grandmom's house and play music down in the basement. We played out in the barn at the house many times too.
We lost touch over the last 20 years or so but I will always consider Phil one of the great friends of my life. We had many great times. I will really miss him.
Deep condolences to Tom, Susan and everyone who knew and loved Phil.
I'm really sorry he left us so soon.

I cared about Phil and his wife Kathy very much. He was always very kind to me and will be missed so very much. May God hold the family in his hands and bring them comfort and peace as they go thru this terrible ordeal.

Phil was a very kind man and a great mechanic who became our friend. Our deepest sympathy goes out his beloved wifet Cathy, and family.
