Our thoughts & sympathy to the Kaplan family. My best memories of Phil is of him coming to our home. He had our 2 children (9 & 11 yrs old) sitting on the floor around him as he explained saving money & investing. They learned so much & took his words to heart. They would take their earned monies over to him & asked him to invest it for their college fund. Many a time they were heard to say, "Thanks to Mr Kaplan!" He was a very special man & we have missed his conversations since his retirement. Rest in peace Mr. Phil Kaplan!
