Phil was a very good friend both on the job and off. Played baseball with him, went fishing with him. His smile was contagious.
I am so sorry that I will not be at his service but I have a grandson graduation from Albion College that day.
My prayers go out to his family.

Phil is a brother who truly will be missed by all of us who worked with him. I can honestly say that I am a better person because of Phil. One could always count on Phil to have a kind word to help you forget about some of the ugliness that is associated with Police work.

May our Lord bless his newest Angel in the kingdom of heaven.

My sincere condolences to Suzanne and the entire family and his family in blue

In addition to being a "Shirt Tail" relative, Phil was a colleague and good friend. We had the pleasure of working together for 25 years. His devotion to his Country and Community were 2nd to none. My thanks to Suzanne and his family for sharing him with all of us!
