Philip S Ward

Philip Stewart Ward, 80, of Manalapan died Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at NCH Baker Campus Naples, FL. Born in New York, NY he grew up in Summit, raised his children in Sparta, and later resided in Sea Bright for eight years before moving to Manchester in 2001 and more recently to Manalapan. He enjoyed wintering in Naples. He proudly served in the Army as 1st Lt. during Vietnam from 1967-1969. He worked as National Sales Director for Sun National Bank, an Executive Sales Manager for BDO/McGladrey Accounting Firm, and President of the NJ Subsidiary of Bank 6 Leumi. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans Chapter #20, Toms River and Vice Commander of Renaissance Veterans Association. Surviving is his wife of twenty-eight years, Antoinette Filippone-Ward, daughters, Melissa & Alison Ward & Kimberly Seminerio, his five grandchildren, Ella, Samuel, Vivienne, Michael & Alyssa and great grandson, Michael J. Visitation is Tuesday 2-5 PM at Oliverie Funeral Home at 2925 Ridgeway Rd Manchester. Interment is on Wednesday at 11AM at Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the National Kidney Foundation, the Wounded Warrior Fund, or the Vietnam Veterans.
