 Phillezo Canselo entered peacefully into eternal rest on Monday December 19, 2022, at the age of 55. She was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. “Big Fee”, as she was affectionately known by family and friends was a former employee of Jani King and Meadowcrest Hopital. Beloved mother of Theresa and Moesha Canselo. Devoted daughter of Sandra Cooper Canselo. Granddaughter of the late Gertrude Cooper, Newman Shief, and Thomas Earl Streeter. Sister of Raymond and Troy Canselo, and the late Shelia “Koolnina” Canselo. Niece of Martha (Dalton) Smith, Bertha (Russell) Lucas, Gail and Sharon Cooper, Veranice Canselo who is also her goddaughter, and the late Audemease Cage, Theresa Willis Jones, Stella and Cynthia Cooper, Newman Shief, Jr., Reginald and Otha Canselo, and Gary Gooper.  Godmother of Makyrie Cooper and Zany’. Goddaughter of Cary P Shief, Sr. Godsister of the late Joseph “Joey” Canselo. Companion of Marvin Jones, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
