Phillip Charles “PJ” Henderson, age 45 of Calhoun, GA, passed away on Monday, March 10, 2025.
PJ was born on November 27, 1979 in Hartford, AL, son of Jeff Henderson and Anita Blankenship Whaley. PJ was a graduate of Murray County High School Class of 1998. He was a member of the Coosawattee Masonic Lodge #306 F & AM, and worked as the lead pressman for Adams Lithography. PJ enjoyed the outdoors, kayaking, and loved to spend time with his family.
PJ is survived by: his wife, Stephanie Lynn Rice Henderson; daughter, Sydney Henderson; father, Jeff Henderson and his wife Rhonda; mother, Anita Blankenship Whaley; grandmother, Ethel Manning; three siblings, Nikki Bartenfield and her husband Ryan, Nate Grant, and Eli Henderson; mother-in-law, Mike and Delinda Conner; brother-in-law, Teddy Rice and his wife Tori; uncle, Allen Blankenship; nephew, Landon Bartenfield; niece, Rylee Feralin; and many close friends.
Services to celebrate the life of PJ will be held on Friday, March 14, 2025 from 5 PM until 8 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in memory of PJ be made to the family to help offset final expenses.
