Phillip Lee Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by St. John's Family Funeral Home & Crematory on Sep. 26, 2025.
In Loving Memory Phillip Chad Lee 2/20/1983 - 9/18/2025 Phillip Chad Lee, age 42, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Phillip was born on February 20, 1983, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to Phillip B. Lee and Margaret Lee. He grew up in Albuquerque and graduated from Sandia High School before attending the University of New Mexico, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and a Master of Public Administration. Phillip dedicated his career to leadership and service, working most recently as an Agile Delivery Lead with Pay Safe. He previously held roles at Wells Fargo as a Delivery Lead and at Lovelace Health Plan as a Project Manager. On September 6, 2015, Phillip married the love of his life, Kristen, in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Phillip was a proud and devoted father to his son, Ace, and daughter, Emma. His greatest accomplishments were not only his professional successes but also the joy he found in fatherhood, coaching his children in soccer, and fostering pugs in need of care and love. Phillip's passions in life were as vibrant as his spirit. He was an avid music lover, devoted Chelsea FC and Dallas Cowboys fan, and enthusiastic traveler. He found joy in being outdoors-whether on the beach, in the mountains, or on the golf course. He treasured time spent with family, watching movies, running along the shore, and supporting his favorite teams. In May 2016, Phillip and Kristen moved with their children to Jacksonville, Florida, where they built a home rooted in love and community. Phillip is survived by his beloved wife, Kristen Lee; his children, Ace Lee and Emma Williams; his parents, Phillip B. and Margaret Lee; and his sister, Natasha Lee. He will be remembered for his kind heart, adventurous spirit, deep love for his family, and his unwavering ability to make those around him feel supported and cherished.

It saddens me to write this, I will miss you Chad, you were like a long lost brother. We had a lot in common. It was a shock to find out that you left this earthly existence. My deepest sympathies to your family, especially young Ace who loved and adored you.
