Phillip Meredith Obituary
June 22, 1964- January 14, 2024
Phil "LC" Meredith passed away from a massive heart attack Sunday January 14th. Phil's passing is unexpected, and his family is devastated by the loss.
Phil was predeceased by his loving mother, Kathleen Meredith. Phil is survived by his wife Bonnie Meredith, his father Ronald Meredith, his sister Shannon and her husband Brad May, his brothers Kevin Meredith and Ryan Meredith, his bonus daughter Cheri and her husband Gary Treder, his bonus son Ray Leary along with many nieces, nephews, bonus grandchildren and a beautiful bonus great granddaughter.
Phil found joy in his many passions. He was an enthusiastic fan of the Green Bay Packers and all local teams: Brewers, Bucks and the University of Wisconsin. He enjoyed auto racing (NASCAR in particular), golf, horseshoes and crafting with his hands. The things he could make with pallets were also quite impressive! He was celebrated for his portrayal of the Love Chicken and affectionately known as "LC." His family will especially cherish his legacy of homemade pickles, affectionately known as "Phickles.". Phil valued his friends deeply and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Put simply, Phil was a man who embraced life to the fullest while understanding the true meaning of what mattered most: family, friends, and loved ones.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 26, from 4:30 PM, until the time of the service at 6:30 PM at CHURCH AND CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 15250 W. National Ave., New Berlin. At the conclusion of the service, everyone is invited to Nickels Pub, 13915 W. Greenfield Ave., New Berlin, for a pot luck celebration. (Please feel free to bring a favorite treat to share if you would like).

Many happy memories come to mind of running around with Phil (The Badger) when he lived in Nashville. I was also fortunate enough to run around with him some in Milwaukee occasionally (State Fair, Bastille Days, Brewers etc.) and able to meet Bonnie on one of those visits. Thoughts and prayers from the old Nashville crew to the Badger's family and friends. Ron Arnett

LC, I´m going to miss you dearly. You were a good friend. Robin and I are still trying to figure out why it was way too early for God to need your help. I met Phil back in the early 80's when he lived in Nashville, TN. His smile and laughter were infectious. We had many laughs together hanging out with our friends. I will always remember him with love and affection.
