Phillip Duane Ortez passed away on August 30, 2025, at the age of 61. Phillip was born on August 5, 1964, in Dallas, Texas. Phillip is proceeded in death by his father Richard Phillip Ortez. Phillip is survived by his wife Stephanie, daughter Chelsie, and son Nathan Ortez, Mother Lucille Beaty, sister Tina Ogletree and husband Aaron, sister Lisa Soto and husband Jerry, brother William Beaty and wife Heather. Niece Emily and husband Jeff Nemec, niece Payton and fiancé Josh Mannor, niece Paige Soto, and Grandnephew Kylan and grandniece Keira Nemec.
He will leave a legacy of love and faith that will be forever lasting.
