Phillip Sartor, 73, of Weirton, WV God called him home on November 11, 2025 at Trinity West Surrounded by family. He was born on October 31, 1952 to the late Frank Sr. and Fannie (Harris) Sartor. He is also preceded in death by one brother Edward Sartor, one brother in Law Delbert Oldham, brother in Law Theodore Freeman. He graduated from Steubenville High School Class of 1971 and He served his country in Vietnam as a Army Veteran. A dedicated member of the Shiloh Apostolic Faith Church in Weirton, WV.
He is survived by his daughter Trezur Sartor of Weirton, his twin Phyllis (Sartor) Freeman of Smithfield, OH, brother Frank (Christine) Sartor Jr of Jacksonville, FL, sister Barbara Oldham of Gahana, OH, and his caretakers Kelli Elmore (Trezurs mom) of Weirton, also his sister Phyllis Freeman.
There is a service planned for a later date. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
