Sasha Elaine Ely, a beloved nurse and cherished member of her family, passed on September 16, 2024 at the age of 42. Born on April 15, 1982, Cuddy, Pennsylvania, Sasha touched the lives of many with her compassionate spirit and unwavering dedication to her profession.
A proud graduate of Washington High School, Sasha embarked on a career that allowed her to illuminate the lives of others. Her work as a nurse was not merely a job; it was a calling that reflected her profound empathy and commitment to caring for those in need. Sasha's nurturing nature extended beyond her professional life; she loved spending time with her family, creating memories that will forever be etched in the hearts of those she held dear.
Sasha is survived by her two beloved children, Nicholas Ely and Daesha Ely, who were her greatest joys and sources of pride. Each moment spent with them was precious, and her love for them knew no bounds. Additionally, her sisters, Elizabeth, Shana, Sabrina, and Kayla, and brothers Shawn and Dino, remains to carry on Sasha's legacy of kindness and compassion.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Deno and Tammy (Maga) Ely, who undoubtedly welcomed her with open arms. Their love lives on in the memories shared by their family, especially in Sasha's vibrant spirit that brought warmth to all.

Friends and Family will gather at the Schuetz Funeral Home 2028 Delaware Ave. Weirton, WV on Wednesday September 25, 2024 from 2 pm until 6 pm with services at 4 pm with Rev. Susan Clegg officiating.
