He is preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Bertie Taylor; daughter, Jessica Taylor; sisters, Joyce (Mitchell) Moore, and Gola Taylor.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Scarlett Bellamy; sons, Josh Taylor, and Paul (Michele) Leath; mother-in-law, Delores Vines; brothers-in-law, Paul Black, and Donnie Black; sister-in-law, Charlotte Vines; brothers, Jess (Felicia) Taylor, Paul Taylor; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Taylor was a Grace Bible Believer. He attended Litchfield High School. He enjoyed buying and selling on Ebay. Phillip will be so deeply missed.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Pattie, Jolie, Celina, and Lynn with Shepherds Cove Hospice, and Sheriff, Jonathan W. Horton.
