Phillip Herman Weber passed away Sunday September 17, 2023, Born February 20th 1939 in Bevier Missouri to Bernard & Kathleen (Tate) Weber. He grew up in north central Missouri and graduated from Bevier High School in 1957. From 1961-1963 he served in the U.S. Army, first completing basic training at Ft Leonard Wood MO and later being stationed in Ft. Lewis Washington as an MP. Upon completion of his military service in Washington Phillip returned to Missouri where he graduated from Barber school in Kansas City, MO. He then moved to Columbia MO to work as a Barber. It is there he met and married the love of his life Mary Underwood Dunlop on July 17th 1965. A year later they welcomed their 1st child, a daughter Theresa A. Weber and 4 years later they welcomed their son Paul B. Weber. In 1976 the family moved to Rawlins Wyoming where Phillip went to work for Medicine Bow Coal in Hanna, WY for several years before accepting a position with the BLM as an equipment operator. Upon retirement from the BLM in 2000 Phillip and Mary traveled, visiting Alaska and the Banff Forrest among other places. They enjoyed spending time with their grandchildren and great grandchildren often babysitting and embarking on small adventures with them throughout Wyoming, Nebraska, Missouri, and Colorado. In the last couple of years Phillip really enjoyed going to City Market and Wal-Mart riding on the scooter and visiting with people.
Phillip was preceded in death by his parents Bernard and Kathleen Weber as well as an infant sister Winifred Weber. He leaves behind his wife of 58yrs Mary Weber, sister Elizabeth Weber Richter, daughter Theresa and Chuck Gemelli of Rawlins, WY., son Paul and Patti Weber of Sundance, WY. Grandchildren: Carri (Jason) Schutterle, Brian Gemelli, Megan (Eddie) Ayala, Brendan Gemelli, Jordan (Josh) Smidt, Stephanie Weber, and Phillip Weber. Great Grandchildren: Belle, Nolan, Maren, and Milli Ayala, Elijah Smidt, and Rocklyn Smidt.
