She is survived by her three children and spouses, Michele and Philip Willis, Jamie and Deidre Iannelli and Domenick and Mary Iannelli Jr.; four grandchildren (Brian and Jessica Willis, Jeffery and Heather Willis, Jamie and Mariah Iannelli, and Ashleigh Iannelli), and three great grandchildren (Grace Willis, Emilia Iannelli, and Cade Willis). Preceded in death by husband of 61 years Domenick Iannelli and her parents' Benedict and Isla Velon, and her three sisters (Mae Lipchak, Annette Harman, and Betrice Stevens. The family will receive friends on Monday December 2, 2-4 and 6-8 at Jefferson Funeral Chapel 5755 Castlewellan Drive, Alexandria, VA 22315. Mass will be held on Tuesday December 3rd 11:00 am at St. Louis Catholic Church, 2907 Popkins Lane, Alexandria, VA. with burial at St. Mary's Cemetery 1000 S Royal St, Alexandria, VA. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in her name to Children's National Hospital.
Although Phoebe is gone, she will live in our hearts forever.
