Phoebe Percy Obituary
Phoebe was born December 18, 1941, in Charleston, West Virginia, to the late Joseph and Ethel (Miller) Percy. Over the years she has lived in several assisted living facilities and touched many hearts. Phoebe would volunteer in the Foster Grandparents Program at the Crouse Intermediate School in Flushing. She was loved by many and will be missed by those who knew her.
An extended thank you to Annette Moomey of Moomey Adult Foster Care, Sara Townsend and Anthony Williams of Civic Park Adult Foster Care, and the staff at Serenity Assisted Living for their friendship, care, and professionalism throughout Phoebe's life and during her final days. Phoebe was the sweetest lady and always had a smile on her face. It was a pleasure to know her and have her as a member of the family at Moomey AFC Home. Rest in peace Phoebe and I´ll see you in Heaven.
