Phyllis Bredenkamp Obituary

Phyllis was the cafeteria manager at Good Shepherd Catholic School for 14 years. She was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church since 1964. Phyllis was a member of the Good Shepherd Altar Society, Little Sisters Auxiliary and received the Bruté Award in 2004.
She is survived by her daughter, Marsha (Gary) Schenk; sons, Burl (Kathy) Bredenkamp, Glenn (Terri) Bredenkamp and Greg (John Mattingly) Bredenkamp; grandchildren, Brad M. (Lisa) Schenk, Major Ryan J. (Heather L.) Schenk, David Bredenkamp (partner, Matthew Clemons), Matt (Olivia) Bredenkamp, Krista (Chris) Robinson, Chelsea (Jeff) Jankowski, Erik Bredenkamp and Abagail Bredenkamp; 14 great grandchildren; brother, Tommy Clements; and sisters, Francis Kavanaugh and Betty Ellis.
In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years in 2020, William "David" Bredenkamp; brother, Gordon Clements; sister, Katie Toombs; and half brother, Bill Clements.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, March 13, 2022 at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 800 S. Hebron Ave., Evansville. Visitation will continue from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Monday, March 14, 2022 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 2301 N. Stockwell Rd., Evansville. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 9:00 a.m. at the church with Father Zach Etienne and Father Ted Tempel officiating.
Entombment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum.
Memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 2301 N. Stockwell Rd., Evansville, IN 47715.

I am so sorry to see the loss of your Mother. She was always nice to us kids growing up. I have fond memories of seeing your parents on the swing in the back yard enjoying each other´s company My sincere condolences to your family.
