Phyllis Buker, 93, of Chattanooga, TN, died on November 21, 2025.
She was born on Oct. 13, 1932, in Avilla, Indiana, to Clyde and Mary Virginia (Meyers) Miller.
On April 25, 1952, in Avilla, she married Robert E. Buker. He preceded her in death in July 1990.
Mrs. Buker had worked at the Estero High School cafeteria in Ft Myers, FL for several years.
Phyllis was an avid golfer and craft lover delving into pottery, watercolors, and painting.
Phyllis greatly enjoyed her dogs and dearly loved her grandchildren.
Surviving is a son Edwin Buker and wife Jill of Asheville, NC and a daughter Roberta Turner and husband Larry of Chattanooga, TN. Grandchildren Nicholas Grinstead of Nashville, TN, Morgan Grinstead of Chattanooga, TN, and Barrett Buker of Noralina, NC.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Ed Miller and a sister Audra Conley.
