Phyllis Kay Fink, 78, of Campbell, Texas, passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2025 in Dallas, Texas. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at Lone Oak Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Cook and Rev. Jordon Valezco officiating. Interment will be in Hooker Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Monday, December 8, 2025 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.

Phyllis was born on December 15, 1946 in Greenville, Texas to James Henry Smart and Edna Jewel Wilburn. She was a graduate of Lone Oak High School, attended East Texas State University, Paris Junior College and Texas A&M University-Commerce. She worked at E-Systems for 10 years and retired from Texas A&M University - Commerce in 2012 after 17 years in the Student Disability Resources and Services Area.

She was a member of Lone Oak Baptist Church; past member of The Professional Secretaries Association; past President of The University Office Personnel Association; Queen Mother of the Red Hat Spice Girls of Lone Oak; past member of the Regal Foxie Fillies of Sulphur Springs and current member of the Lovely Ladies of Sulphur Springs.

She is survived by her sons, Tommy Glenn Spradling, Jr. and wife, Sarah of Campbell, and Larry Joseph Dick and girlfriend, Sherry Loy of Lone Oak; grandchildren, Shelby Ruth Johnson and husband, Jason of Campbell, Sawyer Glenn Spradling and wife, Bethany of Campbell, Ty Lopez and fiancé, Kate Potts of McKinney, and Elizabeth Lopez of Irving; great-grandchildren, Paislee Gayle Spradling, Burkley Scott Johnson, Parker James Spradling, Rose Hawkins and Brinley Jewel Glenn Johnson; sister, Betty Ann Eakin of Greenville; special friend and caregiver, Donald Warner of Royse City; along with numerous relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Edna Smart of Lone Oak.

Pallbearers will be Sawyer Spradling, David Eakin, Jason Johnson, Charlie Stewart, Cody Eakin and Jerry Sadler.

Honorary pallbearers will be The Lovely Ladies.
