Phyllis Garner Obituary
Phyllis Ann Garner, 78, of Little Rock passed away June 25, 2025. She was born April 12, 1947 to the late Maudie and Guy Houser.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Charles Garner; 4 children: Corky Garner (Donna), Rusty Garner (DeeDee), Ron Harris, and Karen McGhee (Ken); several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many friends.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her 4 siblings; and her daughter, Renee Burns.
At her request, the family will host a memorial service at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness at a later date.
