Phyllis Gunnarson Obituary
Phyllis is survived by her sister, June I. Carelli of Worcester; her brother, Jack H. Gunnarson of Rutland; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Russell B. "Skip" Gunnarson. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Harold and Inez (Hallberg) Gunnarson and has lived here all her life. She graduated from Worcester Commerce High School and earned a bachelor's degree from Worcester State University.
Phyllis worked for many years at Morgan Construction and later for American Steel and Wire. She enjoyed learning, playing piano, and times on Cape Cod.
Services for Phyllis will be held privately.
