She is survived by two children Aileen Johnson "Trixie" and husband Robert Lee Hyde and Carlos Maxwell "Joe" Johnson and his wife Jill. Phyllis is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 16 greatgrandchildren.
Other than her parents Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband A.J Johnson and one son Roger Allen Johnson and by the following siblings, Dolphus, William "Bill", Herbert and Kenneth Cornett, Dema Cornett Ingram, Vida Cornett Caldwell, June Cornett Caudill, Lucy Cornett Mays, Elsie Cornett Bowling, Jessie Cornett House and Hazel Cornett who was still born.
Phyllis was a member of the Church of Christ
Funeral service for Phyllis Johnson will be held 11:00 A.M Tuesday May 27,2025 at the Lakes Funeral Home with burial in the Walnut Hill Cemetery at Annville, Kentucky.
Visitation will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday until the funeral hour at the Lakes Funeral Home in McKee, Ky.
