Phyllis Johnson Obituary
Phyllis L. Johnson of Cozad passed away Friday, October 24, 2025 at Lexington Regional Hospital at the age of 60. Memorials are suggested to Cozad Fire and Rescue or Cozad Church of Christ. A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at Cozad Church of Christ on Newell with Pastor David Haynes officiating. Those wishing to sign the memorial book may do so on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Berryman Funeral Home.
