Phyllis Jones Obituary

Phyllis was the heart and soul of our family, and she will be deeply missed. A devoted mother, sister, friend, and passionate animal lover, she found her greatest joy in spending time with her loved ones and caring for her beloved cats and the wildlife that surrounded her home. She also found great comfort in crocheting blankets, generously sharing her creations with family and those in need.
She is survived by her children, Patty Willett and Chris Jones; her grandchildren, Katelyn Willett, Ryan Willett, and Samantha Jones; and her brothers, Kenny, Steve, and Wayne Shaw.
A celebration of Phyllis's life will be held on April 14, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm with a service starting at 3:00pm, at Raymond Funeral Service, 5635 Washington Ave., La Plata, MD 20646. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in her memory to the Humane Society of Charles County.
