Phyllis MacKillip

Phyllis MacKillip, age 96, passed away on March 10, 2024. She was born February 27,1928 to Mabel and Elmer Schultz in Tonawanda, New York, graduated from Tonawanda High School and Alfred State. Phyllis married Melvin MacKillip in 1947. Their move to Colorado with children Mike and Judy in 1959 was an exciting adventure. The family enjoyed exploring and Colorado skiing was a dream come true.

Meeting people and making new friends led Phyllis to become an active Littleton retailer (Young World Children’s Wear 1965-1988) followed by a career as a realtor (ReMax Executives).

Phyllis is predeceased by husband Melvin MacKillip and daughter Judith Harding. She is survived by son Michael (Fauna), grandchildren Paul, Melissa, Matthew, Meriah, Benjamin, great grandchildren Josefina, Jason and Mercy.

The family is planning a Celebration of Life service for Phyllis on March 21st at 11:30 at Heflebower Funeral & Cremation Services located at 8955 S. Ridgeline Blvd., Ste 100, Highlands Ranch Co 80129. A reception will follow.
