Phyllis J. Nowakowski, age 70 of Warren died Saturday, November 1, 2025, in her home with her husband at her side. She was born August 26, 1955 in Murray, Kentucky to the late Albert Hall and Georgia Pearline Hall. She married Mark Nowakowski on June 1, 1983. She worked for 15 years pursuing her passions as a cake decorator. She spent her later years as a homemaker. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, a good book, scary movies, cooking with her son and spending her time with her family;
which always included her beloved pets.
She was a passionate woman. Always craving a new experience or to learn something new. Strong in character and deeply full of love for those she cared for. Ever the patient but stern mother. Deeply loving wife. Ever ready to offer advice or just an ear for the problems of those she held close.
She was a loving wife and mother. Survived by her husband Mark and her son Craig.
It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone, for part of use went with you.
God took you home.
