Phyllis Warfield Obituary
Phyllis is survived by her husband of 63 years, Charles A. Warfield, Sr., three children, Margaret Warfield, Charles A. Warfield, Jr. and Walter (Kristin) Warfield, two grandchildren, Amanda and Alex Warfield, adopted daughter, Andi Dempsey and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Phyllis will be dearly missed by her dog, Mickey.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernice and William Dabulsky and a brother, Ken (Karen) Day.
Phyllis was a devoted homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother. She was a passionate gardener who took great pride and pleasure tending her plants. Phyllis was a member of the Naperville Garden Club and SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Naperville. She enjoyed travel, her pets, organizing family gatherings, collecting art and antiques and decorating for the holidays.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, 9:00-10:30 AM at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville, IL 60540.
Services will begin Saturday, 10:30 AM from the funeral home and will proceed to an 11:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 36 N. Ellsworth St., Naperville, IL 60540.
Inurnment will follow at SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Naperville, IL.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Phyllis's memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
