Belton
Phyllis Whitt, 77, wife of Billy Whitt, of Belton, died Tuesday, April 15th at her residence.
Born in Belton, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Nellie LeCroy. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Williamston.
Surviving in addition to her husband are: Sons, Scotty Whitt (Lori) and Kevin Whitt (Paula); Daughters, Pamela Stone (Jimmy) and Billie-Jo Rutledge (Harman); Sisters, Janet Thompson (Jimmy) and Gloria Alexander (Chris); 9 Grandchildren; 11 Great Grandchildren; and 5 Great great Grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Buck LeCroy and Bobby LeCroy.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Kinta, Amanda, and Jason from Pruitt Hospice.
Funeral services will be held at 3pm on Friday at Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robbie Robertson and Bobby Chastain. Burial will follow at The Garden of Memories.
The family will receive friends from 1:45pm until 2:45pm Friday at Cox Funeral Home
Flowers are accepted, or the family would like to encourage memorials to be made to Pruitt Hospice
The family will be at their respective homes.
Cox Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
