Priscilla Duque Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by New Horizon Funeral Chapel and Cremation on Dec. 2, 2025.
Priscilla "iIlla" Duque, age 38 from St. Cloud, Florida suddenly passed away on November 30th at Advent Health Hospital, Orlando. Priscilla was born in Queens, New York on December 11, 1986, to Diego and Lady.

Early in Priscilla's life her parents moved the family to St. Cloud, Florida for a change of scenery. Priscilla is a 2004 graduate of Gateway High School and took part in the IB Program. She later received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida, Tampa, in 2008.

Priscilla has many interests... Traveling with her life-long friend and traveling companion, John. Together they saw China, Turkey, Portugal, Istanbul, Columbia, and Spain. Her last trip was to the Dominican Republic with her love, Adam. Cooking. Her father influenced her love for cooking and looked forward to preparing the holiday meals with him. The rest of the time she enjoyed using those skills and prepared "meals to remember" for her special friends. An avid reader. Books took her away to a new world where she could learn new things and escape from reality. And lastly… Sitting on the beach where she could sit for hours, enjoying the movement of water with the sand in between her toes.

Priscilla is survived by her parents, sister Karen, brother Jeff, her love - Adam, maternal Abuela, nieces and nephews. Plus, very close friends and extended family members.

Family was especially important to her. She appreciated their love and support. In return became the glue that kept them all together. She extended that love to her nieces and nephews where she became like a big sister to them, instead of just an aunt. Priscilla's legacy will live on in each one of them.

Priscilla enjoyed life, determined to live it to the fullest no matter what challenge she faced. Everyone that met her felt so very Blessed to have had her in their lives. She will be greatly missed.
