Priscilla M. Morin, age 92, of Selbyville, DE died Sunday, October 20, 2024 at home. She was born in Worcester, MA and was the daughter of the late Francis Gagnon Jr. and Mabel (End) Gagnon.
Priscilla moved to Joppatowne, MD in 1965 where she raised her children and moved to Selbyville in 2004, where she lived until her passing. She was a member of Selbyville Vol. Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary, Women's Club, attended Salter Secretarial School and Worcester Hahnemann School of Nursing. Priscilla received a bachelor's degree from Mount St. Mary's College in Maryland, and a master's degree from John Hopkins University and pursued additional graduate study at Loyola University.
She is survived by four daughters, Pam Gardner and husband Bob of Fairview, TX, Wendy Wehner and husband Jay of Lane, SC, Missy Hinton and husband Mike of Joppa, MD and Terry Hickey and husband Bill Fletcher of Dover, DE and a son, Mike Morin of Selbyville; nine grandchildren, Kristin, Lauren, Jennifer, Joshua, Lexi, Kelsie, Jeff, Tim and Jesse; eleven great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Ida Hickey.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at Bishop-Hastings Funeral Home in Selbyville where friends may call an hour before the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Selbyville Vol. Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary, P.O. Box 88, Selbyville DE 19975 or to the Selbyville School of the Arts, 27 Hoosier Street, Selbyville, DE 19975.
