Priscilla R. Mosimann

MORRIS - Priscilla "Pat" Bourbeau Barrows Mosimann, 86, passed away on July 20, 2024, at Keystone Place, surrounded by her family, friends and her caregiver, Bright. Pat was born in Torrington, on July 6, 1938, to the late, Bernard Bourbeau and Dorothy Dressel Bourbeau. She was the widow of Robert Mosimann.
Pat retired from the State of Connecticut and was an avid quilter and basket weaver. She was a life member of the Bantam Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, having served for more than fifty years. She served on the Substance Abuse Board of North West Connecticut, was a volunteer at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, Hospice and of many other organizations.
She is survived by her three children; Susan Campbell (Bill), Curtis Barrows (Betty) and Albert Barrows, eight grandchildren; Willie (Kim), Russell, Ellie, Aaron (Alina), Evan (Brittany), Danielle (Spencer), Hawley and Natasha, one great-grandson, Theodore, two brothers; Bernard Bourbeau (Sandra) and David Bourbeau (Debbie) and many nieces and nephews.
Pat was predeceased by her children's father, William R. Barrows and her sister Frances Fallon.
Calling hours will be held at Thurston Rowe Funeral Home, 283 Torrington Road, Litchfield, on August 3rd, from 11:00 am -2:00 pm. A service will begin at 2:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bantam Fire Company, Smilow Cancer Center or to a local chapter of the American Heart Association.
