Priscilla Reibsome Shrawder

Priscilla (Peggy) Reibsome Shrawder, 92, of Bloomsburg, passed peacefully into eternal rest Sunday, Feb. 27, 2022
Peggy was born March 20, 1929, to Walter F. and Mary (Law) Reibsome. She resided in the Bloomsburg, Danville area her entire life and graduated from Bloomsburg High School in 1947. In 1950, she wed Hoover (Junior) Shrawder with whom she celebrated 45 years of marriage before his death in 1995. She never remarried.
She worked at Milco Industries for 37 years. In her retirement, she faithfully volunteered at the Bloomsburg Food Cupboard until her health declined at age 90. She enjoyed playing cards with her family and friends and working outdoors in her yard. She was a lifelong member of the First English Baptist Church and enjoyed working on mission projects there.
For the past six months, she lived with her daughter, Susan, and her son in law, Tom Nunan, in Danville. She is survived by them and her grandchildren: Jonathan, Rosanna, and Cotter Nunan; her sister, Janet Pursel, of Lewisburg; and her dear friend, Sally Morrison.
Priscilla was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her husband; three sisters: Louise, JoAnn, and Doris; and brother, Walter (Corky).
Services will be Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Rodger T. Bunnell Funeral Home, 435 Market St., Bloomsburg, with the Rev. Dr. Lee Barnhardt officiating. Burial will follow at Elan Memorial Park.
