Priscilla A. West

Priscilla A. (Uliasz) West, 89, of South Windsor, formerly of East Hartford, beloved wife of the late Robert West died peacefully on Friday, January 16, 2026. She was born in New Britain, CT, on May 15, 1936, daughter to the late Stanley and Catherine (Hamilla) Uliasz.
Priscilla was a graduate of New Britain High School. She met and married the love of her life, Robert West, on October 3, 1959, and they raised a family in East Hartford from 1962 until 2003 when they moved to South Windsor. She worked as an office administrator for the Department of the Air Force her whole career and retired in 1998. She was a former parishioner of St. Christopher Church in East Hartford and St. Francis of Assisi in South Windsor. She enjoyed trips to Hartford in her younger years to shop and spend time in the city. A kind, caring, loving and deeply devoted mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, she will be dearly missed.
She leaves behind her children, Thomas West of East Hartford, Michael West and his wife Janice of Southwick, MA, Diane Godi of Bolton, and Karen Drouin and her husband Francis of South Windsor; her brother Kenneth Uliasz and his wife Joanne of Springfield, VT; 7 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Robert, and her son-in-law, Tom Godi.
Her family will receive friends on Monday, February 2, 2026, from 9-11 a.m., at the Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home, 419 Buckland Rd., South Windsor.
