Proxie was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Jarzombek; parents, Henry and Barbara Wiatrek; daughter, Pamela Jarzombek; sisters, Marie Hall, Madalen Mercer, Eleanor Vestal.
She is survived by her sons, Michael (Chantal) Jarzombek, and Mark Jarzombek; grandchildren, Spencer and Erica Jarzombek; sisters, Susan Strama, Kathy Penney, and Linda Whitney.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 31, 2023, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Poth, Texas. A rosary will be recited there beginning at 10:00 a.m., with the funeral mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. Burial will immediately follow at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Cemetery.
