Quentin Terry Smith, infant, passed peacefully in his sleep early Friday morning, August 22, 2025, wrapped in the warm embrace of his mother.

He was born July 10, 2025 in Cumberland, and was the son of Kyler (Lex) Marc Smith and Ivylee Josephine Hedrick.

Quentin was preceded in death by his great grandpap, Terry Metheny, of Rawlings; and great grandma, Jackie Graham, of Cumberland.

Quentin was his parents' saving grace. During his short time on this earth, he enjoyed being swaddled in his dinosaur blankie, watching the rain storms, cuddling with mommy at night, sitting in daddy's lap watching him game with his Uncle Nate. Quentin really loved his "Memaw time" with Alisha Winebrenner and his bounce chair. He was such a wonderful little baby. Till we meet again little bear, mommy and daddy love you so much. Rest in blissful peace.

In addition to his parents, Quentin is survived by his maternal grandma, Alisha Winebrenner and husband Jr, of Cumberland; maternal grandfather, Robert Hedrick III, of Keyser; paternal grandfather, Robert Smith, of Arkansas; paternal grandmother, Jessica Buzzard, of Alabama; two great grandmothers, Shirley Metheny, of Rawlings, and Diane Smith, of Arkansas; as well as many uncles and aunts.

A private memorial service will be held, and Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A. is assisting the family.
