Prince Rahiem Brown gained his angel wings on the morning of April 22, 2025 in Syracuse, NY. After fighting a courageous battle against Brain Cancer for the past 2 1/2 years. Prince was born in Syracuse, NY on May 16, 2010. He was the "Miracle Baby" born at 1lb. 15oz to Shaquita Freeman and Abdur "Rahiem" Brown. The perfect picture of what kindness, humility, love, strength, and a great sense of humor should look like. Prince attended Salem Hyde Elementary and went on to attend Bishop Grimes Junior/Senior High School. While attending Bishop Grimes he felt loved, accepted, and understood. He had finally found his place in the world. Prince played Pop Warner Football in Eastwood as well as soccer for a couple of years. He even would indulge in boxing sometimes with his dad. Basketball was the sport that he loved the most. He was so honored to be apart of the Bishop Grimes modified team his 8th grade year. Prince also liked to play his video game. He was always looking for his phone. Most of all Prince loved spending time with his family especially his sisters. Prince is predeceased by his loving grandmother, Diane Mack. He is survived by his mother, Shaquita Freeman and father, Abdur Brown; grandmother, Sherrill Freeman; grandfather, Garry Grice, and Dumar Allah; sisters, Najae Brown, Imani Brown, and London Brown; uncles, Keith Bouldin, Antoine Howard, and Richard Brown; aunts, Raquel Brown, Lamina Brown, Tamara Brown, and Alicia Brown.
